Refund & Return Policy – Wonderful Hearts

At Wonderful Hearts, your happiness is important to us, so all of our products come with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase within 72 hours of receiving it, we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with our resolution.

Any refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.

Delivered in Good Condition

If an order arrives in good condition and on time but the customer wishes to return the product for any reason, please reach out to support@wonderfulhearts.com with the order number.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

  • After this period, we will be unable to process returns.

  • We charge a flat-rate $7.95 handling and delivery fee per returned unit.


Broken or Damaged Item Policy

If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a picture to support@wonderfulhearts.com along with the order number so we can replace the item at no cost to you.


Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on fast processing, shipping, and delivery. As soon as an order comes in, our team immediately prepares it for the next scheduled shipment.

For this reason, we offer only a 3-hour cancellation window.
Any cancellation request submitted after 3 hours cannot be accommodated, as the order is likely already packed and with the courier.

Customers may still return the package for a refund; however, transaction fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

Payment Gateway Fee Notice

Payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay charge non-refundable transaction fees ranging from 3.5%–4.7%.

Any refund request will incur this deduction.

Example:
If PayPal (4.5% fee) was used for a $125 order:
Refund amount = $114.60

Additionally, for transactions totaling less than $99, there will be a flat deduction of $7.95 per unit to cover processor fees.


Personalized Products – Return Policy

We do not accept returns for orders with personalizations such as names, dates, sign-offs, etc.

However, we may offer store credit or discounts up to 50% off.


Customer Error Policy

Items cannot be returned due to customer error.
Please double-check all customizations before submitting your order.

However, we will always do our best to make you happy.


Holiday Season Policy

During busy holiday periods, we make every effort to ensure your gifts arrive on time.
However, due to high volume and situations beyond our control, slight delays may occur.

Refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by:

  • Adverse weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances affecting Wonderful Hearts or any of our delivery partners
