How long does production take?
Production usually takes 1–3 business days.
Laser-cut personalized metal art items may take 5–10 business days due to detailed customization.
It’s been more than 3 days and my order hasn’t shipped.
Our production team doesn’t work on weekends — family time matters ❤️
If you placed your order after 3 PM EST on Friday or anytime on Saturday, please expect your order to ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
United States: 3–5 business days
(Nearly 90% of orders arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date.)
Canada, UK & EU: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
I made a mistake with my order details.
Please email support@wonderfulhearts.com within 3 hours of placing your order while it is still in production.
Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made.
How do I cancel an order?
At Wonderful Hearts, orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Cancellations can only be accepted within the first 3 hours after placing your order.
To request a cancellation, please email support@wonderfulhearts.com as soon as possible.
I tried calling but couldn’t get through.
Customer support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Eastern Time).
If you contact us outside business hours, please email support@wonderfulhearts.com and we'll respond within 12 hours or less.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can also track your order through our Order Tracking page.
My order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Please follow these steps:
- Check your mailbox, porch, and delivery area carefully.
- Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Some packages are marked as delivered 1–2 days early. Please allow additional time.
- Contact your local post office or courier using your tracking number for more information.
